At TN Lady Veteran, we honor the stories of women who have served our country with pride, courage, and strength. Founded by Sabrina, a proud veteran herself, TN Lady Veteran was born out of a desire to not only wear her military legacy with pride but to create a space where other women veterans could do the same-one story, one T-shirt, one connection at a time.
After retiring from the military, I was thrilled to finally wear my veteran apparel. But I quickly realized that my husband, who also served, shared the same excitement, and before long, we looked like a matching couple-after 20 years of shared military service, that wasn't exactly what I had in mind for retirement!
That's when I decided to create something unique for myself and other women veterans like me. I wanted apparel that reflected not just our military service, but who we are as individuals-strong, feminine, and proud.
Inspired by the iconic boots that symbolize the strength and grace of women in the military, I sketched out my vision. With the help of a talented young graphic artist, my dream slowly came to life over the course of three years.
My logo reflects the story of our family and my own military journey: I wore boots during my service, and now my daughter proudly wears combat boots of her own. My son, the military brat, serves as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has the special connection of being represented by a gothic rose. What started with a simple idea soon grew into a mission to connect and inspire other women veterans and their families through apparel, stories, and conversation.
At TN Lady Veteran, we don't just sell T-shirts-we share experiences, foster connections, and honor the legacy of women in the military. But this brand is about more than just clothing-it's about community. With over 2.2 million women veterans today and a growing number each year, my goal is to reach out to these incredible women, hear their stories, and let them know, "I see you." Whether you're an 18-year-old just starting your journey or an 80-year-old with decades of service behind you, your story matters.
